Options
What you can choose
- Size: custom dimensions to suit your space; pricing varies by size.
- Wood: walnut, hard maple, cherry, or a striped combination; accent woods such as purpleheart, yellowheart or bloodwood when available
- Stripe pattern: discuss the wood combination and stripe pattern with me.
- Details: juice groove, finger grips or handles, edge profile, decorative brass feet (may cost extra)
I don’t make end-grain boards or offer engraving. Every custom board is edge-grain, so the character comes from the wood itself.
For sets of 5 or more boards, allow about 4 to 6 weeks depending on size, wood and quantity.

Why go custom
Why order a custom board?
Sized to your kitchen
A custom board can be built to fit a counter, a prep station or the span of a sink. Send the measurements and I’ll plan the board around them.
Your wood, your stripes
Choose walnut, hard maple, cherry or a striped mix. You decide how dark, light or bold the finished board looks.
Details that earn their place
A juice groove for carving, handles for serving, feet to lift the board off the counter. Your board gets only the details you will actually use.
Sets for gifts and clients
Made-to-order boards make lasting wedding, closing and corporate gifts. For sets of 5 or more, allow about 4 to 6 weeks. Every board comes from a Georgia Grown member studio in Johns Creek.
